Replacement Policy
Replacement is not available for any of our products.
Since our products are hygiene-sensitive baby essentials, we do not offer exchanges for size, colour, print, or personal preference.
Return Policy (Only for Damaged Products)
We truly understand your concern as a parent, and we are happy to help only if the product is damaged.
A return is accepted only under the following conditions:
The product must be damaged at the time of delivery
You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order
The product should be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
The item must be couriered back to us within 2 days of approval
No unboxing video is required.
Your message and clear product details are enough for us to understand and assist you in case of a damaged product.
Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.
Returns Not Accepted For
- Size issues
- Colour or print differences
- Change of mind / personal preference
- Minor colour variation due to screen display
- Used or washed products
- Orders placed without checking size or product details
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product,
Refund will be processed within 3 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
